  • We typically start with weekly 80-minute sessions for marriage therapy and 50-minute sessions for premarital counseling. These regular sessions provide a dedicated space for exploration and growth. As progress is achieved and positive changes are sustained, we collaboratively adjust the frequency of sessions to best support your evolving needs, ultimately working towards empowering you to navigate your relationship with newfound strength and resilience.

  • The duration of therapy varies and depends on the distinct dynamics, goals, and challenges that each couple brings to the sessions. While there's no one-size-fits-all timeline, I generally advise a commitment of 3-6 months, recognizing that achieving lasting change is a gradual process that may extend beyond this timeframe. Together, we'll work at a pace that feels right for you, ensuring that the benefits of therapy become a lasting and transformative part of your relationship.

  • Before our initial meeting, you'll receive questionnaires to provide a deeper understanding of your concerns, needs, and goals. Our first session will include a discussion on informed consent, confidentiality, and policies. It's an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and you'll have the space to share as much as you feel comfortable about yourself and your current concerns.

  • Your commitment to attending scheduled sessions is important for the success of our work together. To honor our time and ensure availability for others, we kindly request a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will incur the cost of the session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

  • I prioritize warmth, directness, authenticity, and compassion. I create a supportive space where partners can genuinely see and hear each other. Through open dialogue, my aim is to nurture understanding and positive change, guiding couples towards stronger, more fulfilling connections.

  • While therapy may bring attention to certain issues, its purpose is to address these challenges directly, fostering healing and positive change.
